Please allow at least 7 days to ship any hand painted items, such as, stools, frames, peg racks or wooden totes, as I paint the items after the order has been placed. If you need the item sooner, please let me know and I will do my best to expedite your order. Happy shopping and thanks for looking!

Custom orders:
Item(s) will be painted upon receipt of payment and shipped as soon as the item(s) is complete.
In stock orders:
Item(s) will be shipped within 24-48 hours upon receipt of payment.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs depend on your location. Please contact me for exact shipping costs.

Damages:
I am not responsible for any damages to the product or package once it has arrived at the shipping facility. Any signs of damage should be reported immediately. In the unforunte event that your product was damaged during shipping, verification from parcel service is needed upon return of product.

Returns:
If you choose to return an item for any reason, you must contact me beforehand. The item must be postmarked no later than 5 days after delivery, to be accepted for refund/exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. Upon receipt of return, refund/exchange will be determined and you will be contacted.


PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM PAINTED PIECES ( such as wooden totes, initial frames, wooden stools, peg racks, etc.) WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING. In this case, verification from parcel service is needed.
